It was very hard to get a hold of anyone and no body answer the 1800 # for customer service and you are on hold for ever ! I was on hold for 49 min 2 time with no answer than I did the live chat try 2 times and the last time Olivia helped me and told me that I will get the product soon and I will get a confirmation in my box But I do not have even the confirmation yet
When I called I was put on hold for twenty five minutes no response at all.
My representative was awesome! She handled my issue in a helpful friendly manor. Great asset to your company!
